Who is responsible and how to contact us
Rumbino operates the browser-game website at https://rumbino.com. Our location is Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo. For questions about the website or these documents, contact rumbinosupport@gmail.com.
This policy covers information handled for Rumbino accounts, browser games, support and giveaways. Contact the site operator using the email below for privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
When you register or update your profile, we collect information such as your name, email address, country, region and date of birth. Your account also stores language preferences, verification status and security settings. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords.
If you choose social sign-in, the selected provider supplies account identifiers and profile information, such as a name and email address, needed to sign you in or link your account. We do not receive the password for your Google, GitHub or Microsoft account.
Support messages, attachments and privacy requests include the information you choose to send. Giveaway participation can involve entry records, eligibility details, submitted share links and prize-delivery information where it is needed.
Game, device and security information
We process supported game saves, ratings and active-playtime records to provide account features and evaluate the displayed giveaway requirements. The site may use guest identifiers and temporary progress storage for play without an account.
Requests to the site also involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps and security events. Some application checks store hashes of identifiers. Hosting and network-security providers, including Cloudflare where used, may process request information to deliver the site, detect abuse and protect it.
Why we use information
We use account information to create and authenticate accounts, send verification and sign-in emails, support saved progress and respond to requests. We use giveaway and playtime records to apply the relevant official rules, check eligibility, review shares and administer entries and prizes. Security records help us prevent account abuse, investigate problems and protect users.
Where a legal basis is required, processing needed to provide the service you request is based on that service relationship; proportionate security and service-improvement processing relies on legitimate interests; required records may be retained to meet legal obligations. Optional analytics relies on your consent. You can withdraw that consent through Privacy choices.
Cookies, local storage and Google Analytics
Essential cookies and similar storage support sign-in, authentication challenges, security and supported game progress. Blocking essential storage can stop those features from working.
On public pages where Google Analytics is available, it stays off until you choose to allow it through Privacy choices. No analytics prompt opens automatically. You can leave analytics off or reject it and continue playing. If you allow it, Google receives visit and device information used to measure website activity. The Privacy choices control lets you change your decision. Rumbino remembers that choice for up to 180 days, unless you clear browser storage sooner.
Where Google advertisements are displayed, Google and advertising partners may use cookies or other identifiers to provide, measure and, where permitted, personalise ads. The available advertising-consent controls and Google settings apply to that processing; the Rumbino analytics choice is not a blanket consent to personalised advertising.
Who receives information
Information is handled by authorised Rumbino staff and service providers as needed for hosting, storage, network security, email delivery, support and the features you choose. Google services are used for email delivery and, when enabled and permitted, analytics or advertising. Google, GitHub and Microsoft process information when you use their sign-in services.
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with a lawful request, protect users, investigate abuse or administer a giveaway under its official rules. Public winner records may include the winning entry identifier and draw-verification details. A public share link you submit already refers to material you chose to make public. We do not publish your email address or date of birth as part of the public player total.
International processing
Rumbino is based in Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo. Infrastructure and third-party providers may process information in other countries. The applicable protections depend on the provider, location and relevant law. Contact us for information about the processing locations and transfer safeguards relevant to your request. You can also consult the privacy information of the third-party services you choose to use.
How long information is kept
Account and supported progress information is kept while it is needed to provide your account and the features you use. Support, security and giveaway records may be kept longer where needed to resolve an issue, prevent abuse, demonstrate a draw or meet an applicable legal obligation. The retention period depends on the type of record and why it is needed.
Account deletion requests are reviewed. Identifying information and associated progress can be deleted or anonymised; some audit or required records may remain. Copies in backups may persist until those backups are replaced or expire. Contact us if you need details about a particular record or request.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can update available profile settings and use Privacy & data in your account to export your data or request correction or account deletion. You can also contact us by email, including if you cannot sign in. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request relates to your account.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We assess requests according to the applicable requirements and explain any reason a request cannot be fulfilled in full.
Children, security and updates
A parent or guardian should supervise a child's use of online services and give any permission required by applicable law. Giveaway eligibility, including minimum age, is set out in each giveaway's official rules. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information without required permission so we can review it.
We use safeguards such as access controls, authentication and encrypted connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or recovery codes to support. This policy may change as the service changes; its current version and update date are shown above.
