Using the website
Rumbino provides free browser games and account features. You may browse and play available games without buying a game or paying an entry fee. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Separate official rules apply to each giveaway.
You must be legally able to use the service in your location. Where parental or guardian permission is required, obtain that permission before creating an account or providing personal information. Giveaway age and location requirements are stated in the relevant official rules.
Your account and security
Provide accurate registration details and use an email address you control. Keep your password, email sign-in codes, authenticator codes and recovery codes private. Do not share or sell your account or use someone else's account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You can use the available Google, GitHub or Microsoft sign-in options. Those providers also apply their own account terms. Rumbino may require email verification or additional authentication to protect an account or a sensitive action.
Games and saved progress
Games remain the property of their respective creators or rights holders. Access through Rumbino gives you permission to play the games through the website; it does not transfer ownership or a right to redistribute the game files or artwork.
Game availability, controls and compatibility can differ by device and browser. Some older games require a keyboard or mouse. Saved progress is supported only where the game and player provide it. Guest progress can depend on the current browser and temporary storage. We cannot guarantee that every game supports saving or that progress will be available indefinitely.
Fair use and community conduct
Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts or other methods to manipulate ratings, active playtime, giveaway entries or eligibility. Do not upload malicious material, attempt to access another person's data, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use the website for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
Ratings should reflect your own experience. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend affected accounts or features. If you believe a restriction was a mistake, contact support so it can be reviewed.
Giveaways
Read the official rules on each giveaway page before entering. Those rules specify the prize, opening and closing dates, eligibility, entry requirements and winner selection. Browsing or playing a game does not automatically enter you in a giveaway.
Where a giveaway requires active playtime or a reviewed public share, the requirements displayed for that giveaway apply. A copied link alone does not establish that a public share was completed. Time spent with a hidden or inactive game may not count as active playtime. Meeting entry requirements does not guarantee a prize. Prizes and published rules must not be assumed to be the same for every giveaway.
Third-party services and rights holders
Some games, sign-in services, advertisements or links involve third parties. Their services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Rumbino does not promise that third-party content will always be available or compatible with every device.
If you believe a game, image or other material infringes your rights, email the affected page URL, identify the work and explain your authority to act for the rights holder. We will review the report and may restrict access while it is investigated.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Rumbino available and resolve problems, but the website may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents or technical faults. We may update or remove games and features when necessary.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. This section does not override a specific commitment in a giveaway's published official rules.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You may request access, correction or deletion through your account's Privacy & data controls or by email. Account closure may require review where records must be retained for a legitimate or legal reason.
We may update these terms when the service or relevant requirements change. The current version and update date appear on this page. For questions or disputes, contact us with enough detail to identify the issue. Mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
